Anemomilos was perfect for us. A nice relaxing spot for a few days not too far from the main town. Our hosts could not do enough for us, especially when my husband was not well. The beach is across the road with a good variety of local cafes and restaurants, all very relaxed and friendly. Anemomilos has a nice pool area, our room had two balconies overlooking the water - beautiful and relaxing! Thankyou for your hospitality! I would love to come to Aggia Anna and stay with you again.

This is a superb new modern hotel with outstanding facilities at very reasonable rates. It is located just a short walk (about 50 yards) from the excellent beach at Agia Anna which has a small variety of tavernas catering for most tastes. Agia Anna is just a short bus ride from the main port of Naxos. There is a regular service (cost e1.60). This was our second stay at the Anemomolis (it means "windmill" in Greek). We had a four poster bed, a balcony with a sea view and (most importantly) a real good "gushing" shower with plenty of hot water. All for 35 Euros per night. The hotel environment is wonderful with the central feature being the beautiful swimming pool. Everything at this hotel is very well maintained, the management are very helpful and responsive to requests for help or advice. We would highly recommend the Anemomolis Hotel in Agia Anna, Naxos..
There was nothing about the Anemomolis that we did not like. It is unusual for us to say that with total conviction. The rate, facilities and location, as a package is superb.

Yanis and Maria have been amazing during our entire stay. They are aways available and very friendly. The hotel was superb, extremely relaxing and close to the Beach and to Bars and Restaurants. I highly recommend Agia Ana as a place to stay in Naxos, as the Chora can be noisy, busy and too touristic. Just rent scooters if you want to visit the Island. I will definitely go back there next time I am in Naxos

The Anenmomilos lived was beyond our expectations. The apartment was faultless, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the layout of the pool and garden very artistically planned and kept meticulously clean. Locally, we found excellent cafes for evening meals. We are confident that other visitors will not be disappointed.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being right next to the beach. It was also conveniently located near the port and Agia Anna beach. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was bright and nice, and the hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout. the breakfast buffet was well-equipped and there was a bar beside the pool offering a variety of drinks and snacks.
The noise from the strong winds could be bothersome, especially at night.

We stayed in Anemomilios in june 2012. The location was as we expected - just 3 minutes to the Agia Anna beach and the bus stop. Agios Procopios beach and Plaka beach are also within walking distance. Car rental is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there are a lot of tavernas nearby. Both the hotel and the beach were not crowdy at all, but we were in the very beginning of the season. The hotel is brand new and the territory is beatiful, with a fir tree, palms and flowers. We chose this hotel for its kitchenette (stove, fridge and kitchenware) as we needed to cook some special food.
We liked everything, though at first we had a problem with the beds. At home we have an average hardness ikea mattress. Anemomilos beds were too hard for me and we even went to some other hotels to find a softer one, but everywhere it was the same. Probably in Greece it's usual to have hard beds, as in Athenes hotel the bed was also very hard. Anyway Maria, the owner of Anemomilos, was so helpful that provided us was additional soft matresses which really saved me. And so everything was perfect.
